Students interested in majoring in urban studies can do so by creating an interdisciplianry major.  The process requires an application, as well as extra measures like having a committee of three professors who serve as advisors. One of the professors is the main academic advisor.  Students should aim to declare by during second semester of the sophmore year with end of first semester junior year is the latestst advisable.  Students should anticipate taking a one-semester captstone seminar that will involve an oral defense of the project, as well as a public presentation.  Seniors are also expected to take a leadership, mentoring role in City Lab.  To learn more, please contact Professor Glen Kuecker (gkuekcer@depauw.edu).  For infomration about the Interdiscipinary major including application materials, click here.
